I have several nice rentals available for immediate move in. I have everything form a fully refurbished 2/1 duplex to a custom 4/2 home on a humongous lot. Prices start at $1000. Call the office at 530-795-4183 and schedule an appointment with Cheryl, my assistant, or myself.
I just listed 1030 Roosevelt Ave, Winters, CA. This is really a good buy. My owner is an investor and is very motivated to sell this property. The home needs some TLC like new carpets, lino, paint and propabaly a new roof. But, this is a nice home and I have seen it all fixed up and it is very cute. If you are looking for a good starter home or an investment then call me to take a look.
I just got a call my the owner of 1125MacArthur in Winters and he wants to lower the price to $196,500. He is very motivated and has finally admitted that he has to lower the price of the home to be in line with the market . Checkout this lisitng at www.1125McArthurAve.com and let me know what you think. This home is immaculate and all ready to move in, new paint, carpet, lino and everything is very neat and clean. This would also make a great rental if you need a good investment property.
Well, I hope you all had a great day yesterday with family and friends. I got to spend the day with my sister and her husband, my brother and his family and my husband and my youngest, Devon. My oldest son, Chad wasn’t able to join us nor was my son, Jack. Jack had to work on Wed until 4pm in Monterey, CA and then report back to work this morning at 6AM. Notime to go anywhere. Well, we will make up for it at Christmas. My sister, Vicki did a fantastic job cooking the turkey, no brine this year. It was delicious. She makes the stuffing from scratch just like my mom used to do and then two kinds of cranberry sauce like my maternal grandmother made. She carries on all these cooking traditions. What did you do for Thanksgiving?
Yesterday, one of my very best friends got married. We have been friends since the first grade and yes, we have graduated from high school. I am so happy for her. She was widowed three years ago very unexpectedly. She met Larry two years ago. He is a very nice man, a little ridged but nice. I think they will be very happy together. This s a picture of them dancing together last June at her daughter, Jaimie’s wedding. A rare picture as Larry doesn’t like to dance and she just got one dance out of him. I wish them a lifetime of happiness.
The wedding reception was held in my backyard so we have been very busy getting everything ready for the big event. My husband is in the middle of walnut harvest and is very busy. Plus, the north wind blow until 4:30pm so there were leaves all around. We all had a good time helping them celebrate the special occasion.
