I was sitting at the Putah Creek Cafe this afternoonn with my friend Nancy and her daughter, Cathryn, who is visiting from Phoenix. After watching it rain all day and most of the afternoon there was a break in the clouds and blue sky appeared and then this rainbow. Sort of made me feel like there are still some things that are right in this crazy world. Hope this brightens your day too.

Is it really almost the end of January 2009?! My but this month has gone by quickly. People are realizing that there are some really good buys in real estate right now and they are taking advantage of them.
