Well, another house in town has a new owner thanks to me. I sold 104 Grant Ave, last Monday and the new owner is busy fixing it up. He has nstalled ew kitchen cabinets in the kitchen along with a new stove, dishwasher and refrigerator. All the windows have new blinds and a new energy efficient heating and a/c unit has been installed. The place is looking really sharp.
